At Dick Montagne Photography, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Merchandise Returns - If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receipt, we are happy to refund your money for the cost of the product minus the shipping and handling. All return shipping is at your expense and the print must be received in the same good condition as it was sent.

Replacements - If your print is received in poor condition, we are happy to replace it free of charge. Please contact us to arrange to send photos showing the damage to the print. Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to return the original print. We want to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your purchase.

Custom Size Requests - My high-resolution photos are shot so they can be printed in much larger sizes than I standardly offer. Please enquire for more information about custom size printing.
